Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how players of Super Drift & Crashes (developed by TheAnbari) can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to the address below with the following information:

• Subject line: Account Deletion Request
• Your in-game player name (as shown in the lobby)
• Your platform (Android or iOS)
• Your Google Play Games or Game Center display name (whichever you use to sign in)

We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR and CCPA timelines.

What data is deleted

• Your in-game player profile (player ID, display name shown to other players)
• In-game progress: virtual currency, owned cars, customization, statistics
• Multiplayer session associations and friend / block lists
• Any saved gameplay data tied to your sign-in identity

Voice chat audio is never stored — it is transmitted in real time through Photon Voice servers and discarded immediately. There is no audio data to delete.

What data is retained, and for how long

Some data must be kept for legal, security, or anti-fraud reasons:

• Receipts of in-app purchases — retained for up to 7 years where required by tax or consumer-protection law. Held by Google Play / Apple, not by us.
• Anonymized analytics aggregates — retained indefinitely. These cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
• Crash and diagnostic logs without personal identifiers — retained up to 12 months for stability monitoring.
• Records of the deletion request itself — retained as proof of compliance for up to 3 years.

Partial data deletion

If you would like only specific categories of data deleted (for example, your in-game profile data while keeping your purchase history), include a description in your email and we will accommodate the request where technically possible.
